Hello Anjali, No you won’t get charged until you upgrade it to a paid account, but just keep an eye on all the resources you create & keep terminating or stopping them if not in use.

Azeezat says
Will money be deducted from my account automatically after the $300 credit expires?
Rahul Dangayach says
Hi Azeezat,
Regarding Google Cloud’s $300 credit, it is important to note that policies and terms can change over time, so it’s best to consult Google Cloud’s official documentation or contact their customer support for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
However, typically, once the $300 credit expires, Google Cloud will start charging you for any usage beyond the allocated credit. It is important to monitor your usage and understand the pricing structure of the specific services you are utilizing on Google Cloud to avoid unexpected charges.
To get precise details about your Google Cloud account and potential charges after the credit expiration, I recommend reaching out to Google Cloud’s customer support or referring to their official documentation for the latest information.
Hope this helps.
Thanks and Regards

Your Free Trial prepayment of ₹1,000.00 is needed or is still processing. Products and services may be limited for up to 24 hours.
It is asking for 1000. is it refundable? how much it would generally ask to pay for free tier?

Hello, just a tip based on your instructions. You do not need a Gmail ID to sign up for GCP, what you need is a Google account. A Gmail ID is a Google account, but you can also use another email address using your own custom domain to create a Google account, then sign up for GCP. I used a domain that I have added to Microsoft 365 to create a Google account, which I then used to sign up for GCP and Google Workspace.
