You are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of your purchase. You will be required to provide evidence that, you took actions, i.e. performed all the Activity Guides (Labs), applying to at least 50 jobs & get CV Reviewed (share proof) by sharing screenshots.
You will be required to drop an email to Support ID with Subject: REFUND <Product Name> with the required evidence. Once valid shreds of evidence are submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card -OR- sent via PayPal. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.

K21 Membership Site’s Monthly Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel.
Membership Site (cloud.k21academy.com) Monthly Subscriptions are Non-Refundable.
Though, you can cancel your subscription anytime, and you won’t be charged again for the Subscription in following month. If you decide to resume again in future, notify us by filling the order form again or notifying us by any other communication means.
Failed installment or subscription payment:
When any Live training is purchased on easy installment basis or a subscription on the Membership portal is activated, Partial Payment method would automatically charge the monthly amount, which was agreed upon when purchasing. In case payment fails, K21Academy would reserve the right to revoke the access to the training portal and a formal notice for the same will also be sent to the customer.
